In September Rachel will be starting a new Live Pilates class on Mondays at 12.30 pm. If you would like to move to that class please let me know, it will start on 9th September.
If you are free this weekend why not visit Streatlam Show, Barnard Castle. Charlotte, who is working with Mike on the cottage at Eggleston, has bravely taken on the running of the show this year. She is a steam engine enthusiast and a collector of tractors, as well a very handy, strong and patient builder !! There will be around 30 steam engines to view and over 200 exhibits to enjoy so hope to see you there

Please make sure you have made your August bookings ASAP so that we can organise swaps as lots of people are trying to catch up from missed sessions due to holiday. If you cannot fit in all your August sessions you can book into September. There is no longer a limit on how far ahead you can book so please book all the sessions on your account ASAP.
