We have had a busy start to the year welcoming several new clients to the studio and also a new starter in our ‘backroom’ team. Tricia is now working on the admin side of the business so you may notice a few changes.
All of us have access to the wix messaging service ( email / messaging) so if you want to get in touch with the physio running your class or a general admin query please use wix. One of us will get back to you, please bear with us as Tricia learns the answers to the many varied queries we receive! I have been ‘Brain Dumping’ since last November creating a big list of processes but the unexpected still crop up.
Tricia is now in charge of the phone. If she can’t answer your query she will forward the message to your physio. The phone will be checked 3 – 4 days / week so if you have a last minute query you are likely to get a quicker response via wix.
If you are on a waiting list to swap into a class please keep an eye on your emails . If it is looking unlikely that you will get into the class you are waiting for then Tricia will let you know what alternative classes have spaces at the start of the week. Please make sure that you have put your mobile phone number onto your wix account as Tricia will contact you that way if she is not getting a response from an email message.
Archie and I had great fun visiting WoofPix Pet Photography, a new business recently set up by Carolyn, a longstanding Pilates client. Carolyn was great with Archie… keeping him engaged for nearly two hours!! So if you know any pet lovers I recommend you take a look at her website www.woofpix.co.uk

Anna continues to travel the world and spent 6 weeks in New Zealand.
Mike and I are off to follow in her footsteps for the month of March. Seeing all her beautiful photos I decided it was time to do the return visit I promised myself when I visited 33 years ago! Rachel, Karen and Beth will work closely with Tricia to keep you all working well on your mats!
As PilatesbyPhysiotherapy continues to grow we would like to thank you all for your ongoing commitment and effort. We feel enormous satisfaction seeing you all gain Strength, Balance and Co-Ordination through your Pilates Practice. The ongoing changes so many of you face in your health continues to challenge our Pilates teaching skills. One of the main benefits of Pilates is being able to adapt the sessions to suit you all so please keep your physio informed of any changes in your health. The new ankle weights are proving popular (thanks to Beth for that idea !) , I wonder what our next new piece of equipment will be ??
Take care
Anne, Karen, Rachel, Beth and Tricia.
